      Easy install , great customer service. I think my weight limits the effectiveness of the shock In the rear slot the shock works well when I ride up hill my weight causes the front wheels to come off the ground at times. Just getting used to the seat still trying all the adjustments.

      One of the carriage bolt on the bottom of the shock broke breaking one of the small bow tie clips after about 1 hour. It seems like it could use washers and stronger pins. Other than that I like it and they are working with me to replace it.

      Several issues to mention. First is that the instructions do not mention that the OEM seat deck and seat plate along with the OEM seat plate/deck rubber mounts will not be re-installed. Second, after installation, I did not notice a great deal of difference between the before and after ride comfort of the mower. This is after several adjustments to the shock absorber itself and the positioning bracket setting. So maybe not worth the investment.

      Shock helps with bumpy yard, and very easy and fast to install.

      Not at all pleased with this product. Installed on m RZ and first use it broke both spring pins on the bottom shaft. I replaced those with cotter pins. Then the bottom shaft and the bushing comes out of the shock. E-mailed Spartan for help and got nothing back. Very poor design!!
